Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
These plain-language terms describe the deal between you and Inception. By using the platform you agree to them.
1. Who can use Inception
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and the lawfulness of the content you submit. You can sign in with an email or a Solana wallet.
2. How campaigns work, and Pump.fun Go
Buyers fund bounties through Inception. We review every bounty before launch and may decline any task that is unsafe, unlawful, or unworkable, in which case the buyer is refunded in full. Approved campaigns run on Pump.fun Go, a third-party platform. Submissions are made on Pump.fun Go and are governed by the Go.fun Terms of Service in addition to these terms. Winner selection is made by Pump.fun Go as the neutral third party, and winners are paid by Pump.fun Go directly from the prize pool. Inception does not judge its own campaigns, and any winner preference expressed by a bounty poster is advisory only under the Go.fun Terms.
3. Recording and submitting content
Only submit content you created and have the right to share. You must have permission to film the location, and everyone identifiable in a clip must have consented to its recording and use. Do not record private third parties, faces, house numbers, copyrighted media, or anything unlawful. Staged, looped, stock, or AI-generated footage passed off as real work is prohibited and forfeits eligibility.
4. Licensing and ownership
You keep ownership of your content. By submitting to an Inception campaign, you grant Inception a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the submission for training and evaluating AI and robotics systems, including the right to sublicense it to the buyer who funded the bounty. You do not grant any rights to content you do not submit. Separately, the Pump.fun Go platform receives its own license to content submitted there under the Go.fun Terms.
5. Payments, escrow, and fees
Buyers fund campaigns in USDC. Funds are held in an escrow wallet whose transactions are publicly visible on Solana. 90% of every bounty is the prize pool; Inception keeps a 10% fee, split between a buyback of the network token into a community treasury and the team. Winners are paid in USDC by Pump.fun Go on selection. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
6. The Inception guarantee (refunds)
If a campaign cannot run, or no submission meets the spec the buyer set, the buyer receives a 100% refund of their deposit to the wallet that funded it. Refunds are not available once winners have been selected and paid.
7. The $ICPT token
$ICPT is a utility and coordination token for the network. 5% of every settled contract buys it back into a community treasury. It is not a security, an investment contract, or a promise of profit, and nothing on this site is financial advice. Token mechanics may evolve. Participation in any token activity is voluntary and at your own risk.
8. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the platform: no fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative conduct; no fake or AI-generated submissions passed off as real; no infringement of anyone's intellectual property; no manipulation of judging or markets; no scraping of the platform; and no attempts to de-anonymize other users. Violations can result in forfeited earnings, rejected submissions, and account termination.
9. Independent participants
Contributors are independent participants, not employees, agents, or contractors of Inception or of any buyer. Submitting to a campaign creates no employment relationship, and you are responsible for your own equipment, safety, and compliance with local law while filming.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided "as is." Inception is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or determinations of third-party platforms, including winner selection on Pump.fun Go. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inception is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Questions: rick@inception.training.
