Build the data layer for robots and embodied AI
We are a small team. Robots and AI agents are getting good at moving, but they are starved for real footage of real work. We get it from the people who do the work, pay them fairly, and hand clean licensed data to the companies building robots and AI.
How we work
Small team, wide ownership. You will own real surface area in week one, ship it, and live with the results. We move fast and we are hands-on. Founders are in the code, in the field with crews, and in the Telegram answering questions.
- High ownership. You run a problem end to end, not a ticket queue.
- Bias to ship. We would rather put something real in front of a customer this week than plan it for a month.
- Remote-friendly. We care about output and judgment, not hours or time zones. We overlap a few hours a day and meet up in person when it matters.
- Close to the work. Everyone talks to tradespeople, robotics buyers, or both. No one is far from the customer.
Founding Engineer (full-stack + Solana)
Own the product end to end. Bounty creation, footage submission and review, and USDC payouts that settle on Solana through Pump.fun Go. You should be comfortable across the stack and ready to learn the on-chain side fast, including wallets, USDC transfers, and on-chain provenance for delivered footage.
Head of Trades Partnerships
Go find the people doing the work. Recruit plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, cleaners, drivers, warehouse crews, and carpenters, and turn them into a reliable supply of first-person footage. You will build relationships with crews and shops, explain how payouts work, and keep good people coming back campaign after campaign.
Community Lead
Operations & Payouts
Make the money move correctly, every time. Track campaigns from fund to delivery, verify consent and footage quality, confirm winners, and run USDC payouts to up to five workers per campaign without errors. You are the person who makes sure trust never breaks on either side of the marketplace.
How to reach out
No long form, no portal. Email careers@inception.training and tell us which role fits and what you would actually work on in your first month. Be specific. A short note with one real idea beats a polished résumé. If you do not see your exact role but you would be great here, write anyway and make the case.
